Run end-to-end tests for conversations, realtime, AI replies, handoff, voice, and CSAT.
Before driving live traffic to your widget, it is recommended to run a comprehensive functional test to verify the user journey, bot responses, agent notifications, and CSAT collection.
Step-by-step test checklist
Steps
- 1Open a private browser window to load your website without agent session conflicts.
- 2Click the launcher, type a greeting, and verify that the AI responds based on your Knowledge Base grounding.
- 3Ask a complex question outside your knowledge limits to verify the bot triggers a human takeover fallback gracefully.
- 4Open your Tinfiz dashboard in another window and check if the conversation appeared instantly in the inbox list.
- 5Assign the conversation to yourself, type a reply, and check if the message appears in the visitor's widget in realtime.
- 6Resolve the conversation from the inbox. Verify that the CSAT survey (rating scale + comment) appears in the widget.
