Widget customization
Customize light and dark themes, launcher position, help content, and live preview.
Customize the look, placement, and content of the widget without editing your embed code. All settings update automatically for visitors the next time they load your site.
Customization options
- Brand Colors: Choose background, text, and accent colors for both Light Mode and Dark Mode settings.
- Placement: Anchor the widget launcher to the bottom-right or bottom-left of the page.
- Greetings: Define default greeting text, placeholder input messages, and initial bot prompt styles.
- CSAT Toggle: Decide if customer satisfaction surveys should trigger automatically when a conversation is resolved.
- Voice Call Toggle: Enable a microphone entry button within the widget composer so visitors can initiate audio-based support.
Responsive Customization
Use the device toggles (Desktop, Tablet, Mobile) above the preview panel to verify that your colors, labels, and sizing stay readable and aligned on smaller devices.
