Usage tracking

Monitor conversation count, voice minutes, and knowledge base storage units.

Monitor your current usage metrics to keep your team within their active billing limits. Usage metrics reset at the beginning of each billing cycle.

Tracked support metrics

  • Conversations: Calculated as a combination of bot-resolved threads and agent-managed chats.
  • Voice Minutes: Calculated by the second based on active connection time for calls.
  • Knowledge Base Storage: Calculated in storage units based on chunked document sizes.
Usage warnings

The organization admin receives email alerts when billing metrics reach 80% and 100% of their monthly limits to prevent service interruptions.
