Use internal AI assistance for human agents on Pro and Scale plans.
Agent Copilot is an internal AI assistant designed to speed up agent response times and improve answer accuracy. It runs in the right sidebar of the conversation view and is never visible to customers.
Copilot operations
- Draft Reply: Generates a grounded response based on the conversation thread and indexed knowledge.
- Summarize: Creates a bullet-point summary of the user issue and outlines recommended next steps.
- Rewrite: Adjusts reply drafts to make them friendlier, shorter, or more formal.
- Translate: Translates drafts to match the customer's language in one click.
- Similar Resolutions: Searches resolved conversation archives to suggest past successful steps.
Plan Restrictions
Agent Copilot is available on Pro and Scale plans. Organizations on Starter see an upgrade screen, and requests are blocked at the database level.
